Properly Shipped LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

This policy explains how Properly Shipped LLC handles personal information in connection with properlyshipped.com, transportation inquiries and related communications.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Properly Shipped LLC is a Texas-based freight broker arranging vehicle transportation through independent motor carriers across the 48 contiguous United States. We are not the transporting motor carrier.

For privacy questions or requests, email info@properlyshipped.com. Please use “Privacy request” as the subject and include only the information needed to explain your request.

2. Information you provide

Our website inquiry form requires your name, email address and a message. You may also provide a phone number, vehicle category, pickup and delivery ZIP codes, transport preference, pickup type, vehicle year, make and model, running condition and pickup timing.

For auction pickups, you may provide the auction name, lot or stock number, release-document readiness and pickup deadline. The form does not upload release documents.

We also receive information you provide when communicating with us by email or telephone about a quote or transportation arrangements. This can include customer contact details, vehicle information and pickup and delivery information needed for the requested transportation.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information through the inquiry form.

3. How we use information

We use inquiry and communication details to understand your transportation needs, respond to questions, discuss quotes and coordinate transportation arrangements you request. Authorized Properly Shipped LLC staff receive and handle customer inquiries.

We also use technical request information to operate and protect the website, limit excessive submission attempts and investigate errors. We do not use inquiry information for promotional email campaigns.

Optional analytics is separate from inquiry processing. You do not need to allow analytics to use the website or request a quote.

4. Service providers

Replit provides website and inquiry-service hosting. Porkbun provides our configured email service. These providers process information needed to operate their services, such as technical connection information and, for email, message content and delivery information.

We use transportation service providers to support our brokerage services. These include Central Dispatch for vehicle transportation brokerage activities. Super Dispatch has also been used to receive carrier transportation documents.

The website sends inquiries to our business inbox. It uses technical information, including an IP address, to help limit excessive submission attempts. Application and hosting systems may keep operational records for reliability, security and troubleshooting.

Fonts are delivered through our website hosting rather than requested from Google Fonts. Google Analytics is a separate optional service described below.

Service providers may process information in locations other than your own. Their privacy information is available from Replit and Porkbun.

5. When information is shared

We may share information necessary to arrange and coordinate your requested transportation with independent motor carriers and transportation service providers. Hosting and email providers also process information necessary to operate the website and deliver communications.

Properly Shipped LLC does not sell customer personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We do not use inquiry information for promotional email campaigns. These statements do not mean that necessary transportation and service-provider disclosures never occur.

We may also need to disclose information when required by applicable law.

6. Website statistics and optional Google Analytics

We use first-party traffic statistics to count views of our public pages and broad referral categories, such as a search engine, social website, internal link or direct visit. These statistics can be counted when you have not made a Google Analytics choice. They do not use cookies, visitor identifiers or fingerprinting, and are not shared with advertising platforms. Only daily totals by page and referral category are stored; we do not keep per-visit records, full IP addresses, raw referring addresses, URL query strings or fragments for these statistics. Your browser reports a page and referral category to our own server, which increments the daily total. JavaScript, browser privacy controls and bot filtering affect these counts, so they are not counts of unique people.

Google Analytics, when enabled and allowed by you, helps us understand visits to our homepage and vehicle-shipping service pages and whether visitors successfully complete an inquiry.

Our analytics events do not include your name, email address, phone number, message, route ZIP codes, vehicle or auction details, or inquiry identifiers. Page information is limited to known page titles and website addresses without query strings or fragments. We do not include referral information in these events.

When its tag loads, Google receives usage, network and device information, including your IP address. Analytics is not a promise of anonymous processing. Google Analytics may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish browsers and measure usage. These cookies have their own lifetimes, separate from your analytics preference.

Our website configuration disables Google advertising personalization and Google Signals. Google’s handling of information is described in Google’s privacy policy.

7. Your analytics choices and browser privacy signals

Optional Google Analytics remains off unless it is enabled for the website and you have allowed it. Rejecting analytics or making no choice prevents Google Analytics requests, including consent pings. Allow and Reject are presented equally. Choosing Reject also stops future first-party traffic counts in this browser. Without a choice, the cookie-free first-party counts described above may continue.

When analytics is enabled, your choice is remembered in this browser for 180 days where browser storage is available. Different browsers and devices have separate preferences. If storage is unavailable, a choice may last only while the current page remains open. Clearing browser storage or allowing a choice to expire may cause you to be asked again.

You can use the permanent “Analytics preferences” footer link to change your choice or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection, clears accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page. It does not automatically delete information already collected.

If your browser makes an active Global Privacy Control signal available to our website’s controls, optional analytics stays off even if you previously allowed it, and Allow is unavailable. An existing valid Reject preference keeps its original expiry. Turning the signal off does not restore an earlier Allow; a fresh Allow is required. If the privacy signal cannot be evaluated, analytics remains off. Necessary inquiry processing remains available.

First-party traffic counting also stops when an active browser or HTTP Global Privacy Control signal is detected, when the signal cannot be evaluated, or when Do Not Track is active. Browser privacy changes may take effect when the website next detects them or a page reloads. They cannot reverse requests already sent or remove a count from earlier anonymous daily totals. Necessary inquiry processing is unaffected.

8. Retention and security

We retain inquiry emails, booking records and shipment-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, operate the business and meet applicable legal obligations. We have not established fixed retention periods for all record types or automatic deletion schedules.

Hosting, email and analytics providers may apply their own retention practices. The 180-day analytics preference is not a deletion schedule for customer records or Google Analytics data.

The website uses HTTPS, and our configured inquiry email connection uses transport encryption. No security method is completely secure. We do not guarantee that all information is encrypted at every stage or that information is automatically deleted after a specified period.

9. Privacy requests and your rights

Contact info@properlyshipped.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. The owner or an authorized staff member reviews and handles requests. We verify identity when reasonably necessary and ask you to avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable laws and business recordkeeping obligations. Deletion is not unconditional: information may need to be retained for legitimate recordkeeping or legal reasons.

Depending on the laws that apply to your situation, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, receive a copy, withdraw consent, opt out of certain processing or appeal a request decision. Contact us to raise a privacy concern or ask for a decision to be reviewed. This does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.

10. Children and sensitive information

Our inquiry form is for vehicle-transportation requests and does not ask for age. Please do not include children’s personal information or unnecessary sensitive identification, financial or medical information. If you believe such information has been provided, contact us at info@properlyshipped.com.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services, information practices or applicable requirements. Updated wording will be made available on this page. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, those requirements also apply.
